I Still Remain Jagaban- Tinubu Speaks After Visiting Governor Sanwo-Olu
The National Leader of APC Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu today paid the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu a courtesy visit to commiserate with the governor over the violence and looting caused by the protest.
The visit is coming as a surprise to many as against some media report which erroneously alleged the APC chieftain had taken off to France over the fear of his life.
Asiwaju Tinubu looking so fresh and healthy said he was very much around and never travelled to anywhere.
In reaction to his whereabouts the last few days, Tinubu said he did not travel out of the country as reported by some sections of the media.
He said he still remains the Jagaban and had no reason whatsoever to leave Lagos.
Tinubu also called on Lagosians to exercise restrains on their part and allow the panel of Commission of Inquiry as constituted by the Lagos State Government carry out its duties in unearthing the victims of police brutality in a view of rendering them compensation.
Tinubu’s son Seyi who was alleged to be kidnapped was also spotted in Tinubu’s delegation to Sanwo-Olu.
The visit may have laid to rest over insunations that Tinubu was on the run and have abandoned Nigerian for his safety with his son, Seyi to abroad.
